Easter special - Exclusively available from 12 – 17 April 2022 for dine-in only
Bacalao “pil pil” is our nod to an Easter tradition in the past where people will abstained from meat during Easter week and opt to consume fish (especially Cod) instead.

Our version comprises of Cod prepared sous vide at 55 degrees with olive oil, garlic, and cayenne pepper, and served with a thick “pil pil” sauce made with the leftover liquid in the vacuum bag packed with collagen from the cod. The dish is then completed with a josper oven-roasted smoked eggplant puree, lightly charred cauliflower and smooth pumpkin compote.

Official Opening Day of Tapas,24
Huge throwback to our opening day last month where we had a simple celebration over a night of tapas and drinks.

We would like to express our sincerest appreciation to His Excellency Santiago Miralles Huete, Spanish Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Singapore and his wife, along with Mr Jose Maria Blasco Ruiz, Spanish Counsellor (Economic & Commercial) to Singapore and his wife who made time to join us for dinner together with the Management team of L'Angélus Group during Tapas'24 official opening day.

It's been amazing with your support so far and we are excited to continue bringing the best tapas to you!

The Tapas,24 Singapore team took a trip to visit our sister restaurant in Barcelona!
During their time in the city, they sampled many of its bustling tapas bars (all in the name of research, of course!), and spent time working alongside the flagship team, sampling many of the cult favourite dishes that will also be served in our Robertson Quay venue. Chef Kim and Chef Troy also created some Singaporean favourites for our Spaniard cousins to enjoy - Chef Kim’s Laksa was the unanimous favourite.

We are looking forward to returning the hospitality when Chef Carles is able to visit Tapas,24 Singapore later this year!
