Meet the passionate team behind Tapas,24 Singapore.
With over a decade of experience creating exceptional Spanish cuisine, Chef Carolina Garcia Santamaria heads the Tapas,24 Singapore kitchen, channeling her vast experience and formal training into creating authentic Spanish tapas dishes for Singapore. 

In 2016, Chef Carolina met Chef Carles Abellán at La Barra de Carles Abellán. Little did either of them know at the time that this was the start of a long-lasting working relationship that would later evade borders in a joint mission to bring the authentic flavours of Spain to Singapore with Tapas,24. 

Chef Carolina is supported by Chef Kim and Chef Troy; the female-centric team combine their extensive culinary experience to bring the flavours of Spain to Robertson Quay. Prior to launching Tapas,24 Singapore, the kitchen team spent time training with Chef Carles Abellán in Barcelona, where they learnt more about the quality Spanish products used and sampled ample traditional tapas dishes, furthering their love and passion for Spanish cuisine. 

The fun-loving team is led by General Manager, Alvin Sivam. With more than 20 years of hospitality experience spanning across award-winning luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants and his expertise in wines, Alvin looks forward to injecting some jubilance into the Singapore tapas scene.
